Request for Proposals (RFP) Planned for IAG Partner Repair Network

IAG is currently undertaking a Request for Proposal (RFP) for our Partner Network in a phased approach in metropolitan areas, to carry out predominantly medium and larger style complex repairs.

If you are currently not part of our Partner network, for further information on the RFP, please speak to your industry body, such as MTA or VACC.

For all Regional/Rural repairers, please follow our current processes.

Partner Repairer

Our network helps us ensure customers get their cars back on the road quickly and safely, with high quality repairs.

The benefits

• We promote Partner Repairers in the first instance
• Partner Repairers are provided signage for their premises
• Minimum 5 year service level agreement

How to apply

We currently have an established network of Partner repairers, but we regularly review our network based on geographic need.

1. First, please see if you think your business is eligible to become a Partner
2. If so, complete the online form to submit your details so we can include them in our review

What to expect from our reviews:

• If we have no current need for Partner Repairers in your area, you can still register your interest in being contacted in the future.
• If we need Partner Repairers in your area, we will let you know
• If not, you can apply to be a repairer that we may authorise repair work at your premises
• If you apply, you’ll be contacted to arrange an inspection of your premises
